报告题目: Diophantine approximation of fractional parts of powers of real numbers

报告摘要：Denote by $\{\cdot\}$ the fractional part of a real number. The Diophantine approximation properties of the sequence $(\{x^n\})_{n\geq 1}$ are fully studied. Some results on good approximation, both in asymptotic way and uniform way, and on bad approximation are obtained. This is a joint work with Yann Bugeaud and Michal Rams.
